Clinical Nurse Specialist Recognition Week (CNS Week) is September 1st to 7th, 2023. The theme for this year is LEAD the Next Generation. CNS Week is a perfect time for CNSs to celebrate and bring attention to the role, and for hospitals and health care systems to pay tribute to the valuable part CNSs play in health care and healthcare delivery.

CNS Week is an opportunity to celebrate the contributions of the nearly 90,000 Clinical Nurse Specialists (CNSs) in North America. This week also recognizes their dedication to improving patient outcomes and quality of care through evidence-based nursing practice; leadership development; and education, research and advocacy.

Join the NACNS for their Town Hall, Leading the Next Generation: Unveiling NACNS Achievements & Advancements for the CNS Role, on Thursday, September 7 at 11am EDT!
